What carriers and services do you offer?

Most orders ship with USPS depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

 

How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) All Rush orders that are placed before 4pm EST ship the same day.

 

Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries?

Nope, we ship worldwide from Buffalo, New York! Depending on where you are in the world, you can expect your item(s) within 2-14 days

 

Returns

How long does a customer have to return an item?

We ask that you reach out to us with any problems as soon as possible. After 30 days, we cannot accept a returned item.

 

What is the procedure for a return or exchange?

Use our Contact page if you have any problems with your purchase. We will do what we can to mitigate the problem.

 

Who pays to return items back to you?

If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you ordered incorrectly, you will have to ship the item back to us. Please check our size charts before placing an order.

 

Do you offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit?
